Screening a Single Name

Go to the "Single Name" tab, type a full name, and click "Screen Name." Results appear immediately below, showing every SDN/Consolidated List entry that matched at or above the "Possible Match" band, along with a status badge, match score, and the matched entry's details.

Bulk Screening

Switch to the "Bulk Upload" tab and drop in a file (.xlsx, .xls, .csv, or .txt) with one name per row — up to 10 names per file. Files with 5 or fewer names are screened immediately. Files with more than 5 (up to the 10-name limit) are queued and processed in the background; the page will show a "Processing…" status and update automatically when the results are ready.

Choosing a Matching Algorithm

Setting the Match Threshold

The slider controls two cutoffs: the lower bound for a "Possible Match" and the threshold for a "HIT." Any comparison scoring below the lower bound is marked CLEAR; scoring between the two marks is a POSSIBLE MATCH; scoring at or above the HIT threshold is a HIT.
