The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that match results are complete, accurate, or free of errors, and we do not guarantee that the Service will identify every relevant sanctions match or that every match it returns is a true positive.
Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
Results from this Service are not a substitute for an official U.S. Treasury OFAC search, for legal advice, or for professional compliance advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating results and for any compliance, legal, or business decisions you make based on them.
