When you use the Service, we collect: the names and/or files you submit for screening, and the corresponding match results (matched entries, scores, timestamps, and the algorithm/settings used for each search).
How We Use This Information
Submitted names and search results are used solely to provide the screening results back to you and are recorded in an internal log for your own record-keeping and audit purposes.
Data Storage and Retention
Search records and uploaded files are currently stored on our servers with no automatic deletion schedule in place. If you require records to be deleted, contact us using the information on our Contact Us page.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your submitted data with third parties. The Service queries publicly available U.S. Treasury OFAC sanctions list data to produce match results; no personal data you submit is sent to OFAC or any other third party as part of that process.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data submitted to the Service, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may contact us to request access to, or deletion of, data associated with your use of the Service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
